Financial Accountant – Dublin (Financial Services)
On behalf of our Financial Services Client based in Dublin, we are currently seeking to recruit a qualified Accountant
As a member of the large Financial Control team you will be responsible for the production of statutory accountants and monthly group management accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of financial accounting information for the group consolidated financial reporting statements
- Preparation of financial schedules and reconciliations for accounting transactions processed at group level
- Working with other professionals in group financial control team to ensure compliance with the accounting and disclosure requirements of IFRS
- Working closely with other divisions and subsidiaries of the group and external auditors on relevant aspect of the production of annual report
- Assisting in a variety of projects to improve and develop the financial reporting process that have been initiated across all the key divisions within the group
Skills / Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant – ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA
- Proven relationship manager – with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong technical accounting experience, with proven experience in the areas of monthly close and financial reporting (particularly IFRS)
- Preferably experience gained within the Financial Services sector, although those trained in Top 10 Firms will be considered.
Offer:
